When I first received the item the gold stripe on it was peeling off! I quickly called the customer support number and they were so helpful and replaced it free of charge (shipping too). I got my new one and it was in great condition. You have to realize these are plastic and the gold stripe a decal but overall they are very good looking. I gave this as a gift to my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it. Especially now since the Rams have won a couple of games!
